Told my prescription wasn’t there. On my insistence that it was, the prescription was found upstairs. Typical behaviour from a pharmacy managed chaotically. Long queues always because staff can never locate the drugs. Certain members of staff are indifferent, if not rude, to customers.

Called in to buy a pack of large plasters but was told I had to wait in the very long queue of people waiting to collect prescriptions before I could buy them. No staff on the tills to cater for the ordinary customer!

I live a car ride from this chemist, I always phone after 3-4 days to check if my repeat prescription is ready, usual answer it will be ready after 4 o'clock or tomorrow, rarely is this fact, then you have to face the queue up to 10-12 people waiting, wait up to 20minutes or more, same problem at St Johns Pharmacy owned by the same company
