The staff are very welcoming and courteous at all times. I am made to feel like a member of the family. The service is speedy and efficient. My prescription is always ready in time for me to collect. If I need an emergency supply of a prescription then it is provided. The pharmacist, is able to provide valuable advice and guidance that has often saved me a trip to the GP. I feel that they take my health and wellbeing seriously and genuinely care about me. My thanks to all the staff for their ongoing concern, care and support for my wellbeing. I can recommend this pharmacy unreservedly and wish them all the best in the coming year.

I had run out of my medication and was in desperate need of them, so I decided to reach out to Parade pharmacy to see if they could help. It was the weekend so would have had trouble getting any as the surgery was closed! I spoke to the pharmacist who could see how stressed I was and went out of his way to help me, by providing me with enough medication for over the weekend. The staff at Parade Pharmacy are always friendly, helpful and respectful. It's also great that they provide a blood pressure service which I have taken full advantage of, saving me time of travelling to my Doctor's surgery and the results are forwarded to your Dr's. I have noticed that they provide a lot of other health services and vaccines, which I will take advantage of in the future.

Very professional pharmacy that are always so welcoming. Always go above and beyond to care for their customers. Really happy with the services I received past and previously. If you are in urgent need to see the Doctor but can't get an appointment, this is the place you need to visit. I was seen straight away by the Doctor. Had a consultation and was given medication within 5 minutes of being there. Yes medication costs a little more as they are private, but well worth it. Thank you

They go out of their way to help.The pharmacist will even ring me to remind me to collect my medication particularly if the shop will be closed due to holidays
