Even when my GP tells me the medication will be at the pharmacy by a certain day it almost never is. Sometimes they have very limited supplies but only a half a prescription or less and so I have to go back another day. I wouldn't say the staff here are terribly friendly or efficient to be honest. Disappointing.

Dear Patient, thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience at Park Pharmacy. Unfortunately all Pharmacies have seen some medications being out of stock with suppliers or severe shortages. We always do our very best to ensure prescriptions are fulfilled but if some medications are out of stock we do have to source with other suppliers which may mean a slight delay of a day or so whilst we await the medication to arrive with us. We will always look after our customers needs and try our best to obtain medications from other suppliers if required. Sadly GP's may not be aware of medication shortages. I will pass your feedback onto the Pharmacist Manager in relation to the staffing and assure you all will be discussed in our weekly team meeting.
