   -lack of communication surrounding opening times (they have recently reduced the hours the store is opening with no communication) which led me to being without controlled meds for a period of time. -no way of accessing them through the store number; they failed to pick up even through repeatedly calling for nearly an hour. reduced team was there reason to close the pharmacy on saturdays. it’s clear that they is a problem with managing the amount of patients coming in needs to be supported/ investigated. This is damaging the quality of service available in this pharmacy.
