I brought my frail elderly father for his 1.20pm booked appointment for his spring booster covid vaccine mid day in 24 degrees heat to be advised that the covid vaccine delivery had been cancelled. Yes you tried to contact me but why cancel the covid vaccine delivery for a booked appointment in the first place? The online and telephone booking is now closed and my father has community carers daily and has now not had his spring covid booster. Come on Tawney Street. Please consider the implications of your actions more carefully.

Very reliable service with lovely staff. The staff are very pleasant, and polite, even though they are under immense pressure most of the time. The text messaging service was a bonus and will be missed when it is stopped, but this cannot be helped. Plenty of signs in pharmacy stating the time allowance for collection of prescriptions. We as patients must take responsibility in allowing plenty of time for prescriptions to be dispensed, and not expect them to be ready before the allotted time limit. Thank you to all who work at this pharmacy.
