This chemist is the worst I have used. The service has drastically gone down hill in the last 2 years. Prescriptions are never ready, even if they are submitted to the doctors 4 days earlier. The prescriptions then take 2 hours to make up, so you have to come back later or the next day. Then queues are very very long. Not well ran at all, I dread having to go in every time but it is my only local chemist.

Attended loose road for the 3rd time in a week, after being told 3 times that the prescription would be ready, and I get there and it's not done There is a queue of 20 customers with one staff member at the counter whilst 4 stand at the back chatting. Then after now being told my prescription hasnt been made up because they are working through lists, and customers coming in today with prescription and getting it at that time when mines been sat there 3 days is ridiculous Paydens Loose road is so short staffed they can't cope with the demand of the amount of customers that use it. The pharmacy that was there has now left, no one knows what is happening or where things are, staff are so slow at getting everything ready. It's gone to utter pot. Ridiculous

Used the chemist for years. Prescription sent over via GP on 12 January for delivery. No sign of tablets so now run out ! Tried to call them for last 2 days, they don't answer the phone. Head Office said would get them to call. Still waiting. Tablets are for my Mum. I don't live in the area so now need to drive down there to chase up this morning. Expecting to be told they haven't got request from GP, so then need to get them to resend & hang around for tablets. Lack of staff & very sad they have gone like this as they were brilliant !

This use to be a good chemist but now try and find another. They do not answer the telephone, they now put your prescription in a plastic package and print your name and address on the plastic, every other one is trying to reduce the amount of plastic. How are you able to get rid of your detail. The manager also use to be good but is now very rude.
