   Trying to source medication for 93 year old lady. Not been delivered for 2 weeks. Doctors surgery says out for delivery but it has not been. Contacted paydens head office who promised a call back which has not happened. Unable to contact branch, phone not working. Lady very distressed and extremely confused. I visited Paydens to try to sort this but unsuccessful. I am unable to visit again as I live some 70 miles away and the patient is housebound.
