   Came in well within opening hours and asked to speak with a pharmacist about an extended tonsillitis. I tried to explain I had taken all of the recommended otc meds like paracetamol, ibuprofen, benzocaine spray, lozenges and I was having issues swallowing. Despite being open for nearly another hour the pharmacist told me to just try spray and there was nothing he was going to do. He told me to call my gp ( though most aren’t open weekend and I explained I worked nights) Extremely rude, condescending and told me it was too late to do anything. Over the counter medications are also massively overpriced, even for non name brands. Just a shame as was really convenient but the staff clearly don’t actually like working in healthcare. Will avoid.
