Review titled Unfortunately not a good chemist
Rated 1 star out of 5

Tried on numerous occasions today to get through on the phone nobody ever answers. Had the same problem a week ago. Being ill and just needing to find out if prescription is ready should be easy but obviously that is not the case. Will have to get my daughter to go in for me and she doesn’t live near me will come in car after work. This shouldn’t be happening why don’t they answer the phone???

Review titled Electronic prescription
Rated 1 star out of 5

Took a week for me to get my prescription and still had to sit and wait 20 minutes while they did it. I confronted them about the length of time it took and was told that if I was not happy with the service they provided then I could take my prescription somewhere else. Prescriptions used to be ready within 2 days now its taking a week. Totally unacceptable and not sure if it was the manager who I spoke to but he was rude. I ordered my prescription on a Thursday and it was the following Thursday I got my prescription. On the Wednesday I was told they were still catching up with prescription from the Friday before. Something needs changing because the system isn't working.

Review titled Used to be great.

Electronic prescription. Was told when I went to collect my latest prescription that it wasn’t ready. 3days after an electronic prescription was issued by My GP, was told that it now can take up to 5days. Pharmacy is in the same building as the surgery. Was much more efficient with the old fashioned paper one. They really are getting worse with every passing prescription that they receive. There are approx 8staff, yet still they close for lunch. Rather an antiquated concept.
