   I take prescribed medication and someone picks it up for me, however this pharmacy wants the nurses at my Doctors to print out personal data, to verify the historical medication I am on, with the prescription sent to the pharmacy, because peak pharmacy has asked for them. This together with prescriptions not being checked against the prescription given out. I was short by half of the prescription being fulfilled.
