   I waited for nearly an hour to collect a prescription. Some of the items were out of stock, requiring a repeat visit. Support stockings ordered 4 months ago were evidently sent back for no known reason requiring a repeat prescription. There is a general sense of chaos behind the counter and always very slow service.
