Five working days to process a repeat prescription, and arriving to find some items out of stock (and therefore a return visit is required) does little to generate a good experience. Some of the staff are very efficient, and some quite the opposite. There was a long queue stretching outside the store and down the street. Customers' tempers were understandably very frayed. How can this be allowed to happen? Action required, please.

sent a prescription request into the doctors and after a few days went to the pharmacy to collect only to be told that it wasn't ready and that they needed 9 days from when they receive the prescription to get if filled as they have a backlog. Im sorry but that isnt my problem - when you request a certain medication you need it at the time of requesting it and you give the doctors and the pharmacy plenty of time to fill the request - what happens when you need antibiotics - do you need to wait 9 days to get the prescription filled?? i have since changed pharmacies as doctors cannot always give out medication 2-3 weeks before it is actually needed.

After ordering my repeat prescription over a week ago when I went to collect it still wasn't ready. The person who served me was incredibly rude and had very poor attitude. Prescription was due to be ready on 27th March however when trying to collect on 30th March still not ready. No apology just attitude. This is not the first time and previously after waiting for a prescription for 4 days i went to collect and they said they dont stick it so i need to go back to the doctors to get another prescription bit to reeber i will have to wait another 48 hoirs to collect it from them, how is this fair and right, if you need medication you need medication and dont need to have to keep waiting. They have my phone number so when they knew they cant get my prescription why didnt they call me or call the doctors themselves. I wasn't the only customer receiving this type of rudeness, attitude and poor service. This needs to be improved as it is not at all acceptable but seems to be the normal and no one seems to care at all. Just appalling.
