A month ago my lady friend requested a repeat prescription. She when to this pharmacy to collect it only to be told it was not ready till the following day. I went to collect it the following day only to be told that again it was not ready. After voicing my displeasure they say the prescription would be ready within 10 minutes. On Monday last my lady friend again request her prescription a repeat , she was told it would be ready Thursday. When I went to collect it I was told it was not ready and would be ready the Friday. As my lady friend works she or I were unable to collect Friday. I said she would collect it Saturday morning only for the lady to say they didn't open Saturdays. In plain sight of the counter their is a sign saying Open Saturdays 9am till 1pm. ???????? My Lady friend has a heart ailment and she needed the medicine. This is not the first times we've had problems with this peak pharmacy. I would not recommend them.
