Over the last few months I've attempted to collect prescriptions during published opening hours (verified both online and printed on the door), and the pharmacy has been closed on several occasions. One time there was a note on the door saying expected opening time, other times there was no information, and waiting people included someone who had had an emergency prescription sent over that morning, and we were nearly an hour after published opening time.
