   I was referred to this pharmacy by the 111 NHS helpline, and my experience was appalling. They ignored my calls the first few times, and when they finally answered on the third attempt, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. I was treated as if I was subhuman, with a hostile and unprofessional attitude throughout the interaction. This is unacceptable, especially for a service meant to assist people in need. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone seeking help or basic courtesy.
