   Called in to collect several prescription items for 2 people in my family after being notified they were ready for collection. There seemed to be a mix up with the number of items and the location number. More annoying when we got back home and opened the bags there was no repeat prescription slip. When I telephoned about this I was told I could just write the list of items on a piece of paper and post it at the surgery. Or,as I'm now going to have to do, return to the pharmacy, stand in the queue ( I'm disabled) and wait ( along with the rest of the queue) while they print it off. Which surely it would have been better to do in the first place.
