I have been today in my own time to attempt to collect a prescription for a vulnerable person. The staff were dishonest, they had told various people over the last few days that the item was ready, and when I turned up today, was eventually told it was out of stock. When I naturally queried how it could be ready to collect and out of stock at the same time they became argumentative and insulted my position, by insinuating I was too stupid to understand ordering processes in a pharmacy. Something I freely admitted to not understanding and had asked for clarification on, as I am not a pharmacist. I left feeling very upset and nothing was resolved.
