   I wanted to highlight the extremely helpful and efficient service by your pharmacist, through the Pharmacy First scheme, to which I was directed by NHS 111 for prompt treatment for shingles. Two other local pharmacies, both signed up for the scheme, did not hold stock of any anti-viral medication, despite shingles being one of the named conditions covered by the scheme. I am a GP myself, and realise how complicated it is to navigate all the possible routes for urgent care; you helped avoid an unnecessary trip to the Royal Free urgent care centre. Thank you!
