I jade my ears sectioned and the gentleman explained all aspects of what was happening and why and about the health of my ear drum .I have a rare brain cyst and have been having extreme anxiety about further ENT issues and himself and lady staff member were kind and understanding .fitted in as a walk in patient . Will 100 percent use again .

I had micro suction on my ears which was very good.I was very early for my appointment but was able to sit and wait and was shortly ushered into a private room where my ears were looked at and then microsuctioned. I could hear perfectly after it was done.

I find the staff to be very approachable and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Also communication was very good with my GP, alerting them to a medical problem which I had and was picked up by the pharmacist. This was soon attended to at the GP surgery. Excellent service.
