After previous episodes of failing to deliver urgent medication I was promised they would ensure it never happens again. But guess what? Still no medication delivered and still no answer on the phone. It’s about time something was done to ensure they support vulnerable patients.

I wish I could leave a minus star rating. I can accept a one off issue with this pharmacy, but it’s now every time. I’m disabled and need my prescriptions delivered. On the last seven times Ive had to call and ask where it was after at least one week. The last time it was 9 days. This time, after a week I got no replies to the phone and was given a lift to collect the medication, blood thinners to prevent a stroke. I went in and they hadn’t even downloaded it from the computer. I told them I had no thinners and wanted them that day. They could only find a few pills and promised to have the rest delivered on Monday…three days ago !!! Ive been trying to call them since 10.00am and just get the message that I’m caller number two…….and thanks for my patience…..so far today I’ve been holding onto the phone for over three hours…..the last call being made at 748 pm…..and it’s now 9.00pm and they’re closed…..but the message is still running. In the past, I was able to visit the pharmacy and as an experiment I called them whilst in the waiting room…….they just let the phone ring out whilst they chatted…..and there were six people behind the counter. Disgraceful. This pharmacy either just doesn’t care, or do t have enough staff…and as such can’t cope. Therefore, why keep taking on more work ? These people are just in if for the money. They don’t care about us, and the service is dreadful. It’s time we all ordered our things from another provider……perhaps they’ll get the message then.

Please do not use this pharmacy. I placed an order for my medication on Wednesday and was told I could collect it on the weekend. They said yes but when we went to collect on Sunday we were told that the order wasn't placed as requested. This has led to 111 calls to resolve an urgent missing medication. Do not use and do not trust.

It is almost impossible to get through to this chemist on the phone!! Today I have been holding for almost 2 hours and I have not moved further than caller number 3 for the last 70 minutes. Please don’t rely on them to order meds for the next day either, it took them 10 days to get my parents “collect next day” medication.. The service is appalling I am in the process of finding an alternative provider for my parents, it’s a disgrace when essential medicines which are on repeat are not available. God help persons with mobility issues, when trying to get through on the phone

I went in the pharmacy for my prescription to be told that my medication would need to be ordered and will be in the next day. I then went to collect my medication the next day and still my medication was not ready. New staff there are incompetent and the service is awful.

Came in for my prescription to be told that items would have to be ordered and will be in stock the following day. I came in the next day, it took them a long time to find my prescription and to be told that my prescription is still not ready. New staff are incompetent and slow. Customer service is poor.

Been on the phone for over 40 minutes and still no answer. I need my medication that the Doctor prescribed me last week. Appalling service and considering to change pharmacy as this is occuring all the time.
