Unbelievable service, went in to enquiry why my relative medications had not been delivered to the arranged address as previously agreed. To be told by a rude sullen assistant that it had gone out to my relatives address and they had no response. I enquired why it had gone there, I was given the excuse the person that deals with the monthly meds was off sick and no else has the experience. Surely if an arrangement had been agreed a note should be on file accordingly. If I hadn’t of gone into the pharmacy my relative would not have had any medication that evening. The assistant actually turned her back on me whilst we were having conversation. Absolutely appalling behaviour totally bad manners.

I went to collect my prescription a week after they received it for it still not to be ready and then to be told some of the items on it need to be ordered my reply was "that's not good I thought this place was ment to be better now it's been taken over? its no better than before" where a member of staff rudly said you can go lloyds but they don't even have a pharmacist! There was no need for that reply I was only stating a fact of my opinion I've already been a week without my meds as they wasn't there the first time I came in then a week later to still not be ready and told it's got to be ordered in shouldn't that of been done when I first fetched in the script? Now I understand there busy and may be understafed but this is not my problem why should I suffer for it? nor should I have to have witty comments thrown at me by a staff member who were stood with another member of staff making rude comments about how slow the counter lady was (also a member of staff) now if you spent less time being rude and more time doing your job maybe reviews like this wouldn't be left.
