   I find them to be polite and helpful and I've been with them for many, many years. No problems at all. I'd be surprised if there was a problem. I'm on a lot of different medication so I am very familiar with the place. The last time I had to visit (this month) I had to ask some specific questions and I got all of the answers that I needed as usual.
