Daughters boyfriend staying -forgot antidepressants. Arranged with NHS emergency, to collect a couple of days worth, at the Plough pharmacy. Told no prescription sent. Boyfriend called NHS again. Told prescription was sent. Again pharmacy said " No", then ignored the couple and started talking to someone else. Rude and unhelpful.

I was discharged from Holybourne Hospital, Roehampton in January 2024. I am 48 years old. The medication I am on is Aripiprazole for schizophrenia. I recently moved from Teddington (Richmond Borough) to Worcester Park (Sutton Borough) where I have been housed. I have had to register at a new surgery with a new GP as well as a new pharmacy to collect my medication. I attempted this a fortnight ago at Plough Green Pharmacy. My medication has apparently to be “released from the spine” according to the pharmacist. This is subsequently being withheld from me. I have been denied crucial psychiatric medication by the pharmacist. Does that mean I have to ween myself off the medication? It would appear as such.
