   My dad was given a prescription marked as urgent by the GP. His usual chemist said they were too busy to process it despite the GP contacting them. I decided to try Pondas chemist and explained the urgency. Staff were extremely helpful and I was able to leave with the prescription within minutes. The staff are professional, polite and extremely helpful. They go out of their way and provide a fantastic service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   Refused Covid vaccination has person administering did not observe any hygiene practice whatsoever, even though there was hand sanitiser on the desk.
