Just been in to this pharmacy. Walked in and stood at the vounter waiting my turn as there was 2 people in front of me. Several other people came in so the staff decided to stack the shelves and then stood up and started serving the people in the queue, completely ignoring me. This went on for 10 minutes before I left in disappointment, as all I wanted was covid tests as my partner is ill and asked for them. I've heard stories about this pharmacy and didn't believe them til now. I will not be returning.......

With the Nhs under such extreme pressure and it being near impossible to get a Gp appointment on the Nhs or to even access the 111 service - I decided to use my works private health insurance with Vitality to access a Gp for my 6 year old son who was having breathing difficulties with his Asthma. They prescribed a common brown inhaler. However after taking my e-prescription to this pharmacy - from the largest health insurance provider in the United Kingdom - I was told by the staff that they wouldn’t accept my prescription as it was ‘too much effort to print it out to fulfill it.” How absolutely pathetic is that! This is a legal prescription, given for breathing issues to a 6 year old boy - and they were “too busy to print it out”! It’s an e-prescription! It doesn’t need to be printed out.

I had a covid vaccination via the walk-in service. It was very easy to arrange and everyone in the pharmacy was very helpful. Grateful thanks.

Speedy and efficient covid vaccination service. I didn't have to wait very long and it was good to be sitting inside. A few years ago I'd had to queue in the snow outside another pharmacy, so this was much better.

As always, the staff were extremely helpful, discreet and pleasant. Whilst waiting for a COVID jab, I saw and heard several examples of how the staff go above and beyond to help customers . I know that this is their usual practice because I witness it every time I go there.

My husband and I went for Covid Boosters. On arrival pharmacy staff showed us where to wait and we were called into a room where our personal details were checked before vaccines were given by a very pleasant doctor/pharmacist. All very efficient and we were in and out within 15 minutes.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon after checking by phone that COVID boosters and flu jabs were available. Safe waiting area and within 30 minutes we were jabbed and out of the door. Friendly service all round.

Some staff are excellent but being 90 seconds late to collect a repeat prescription at the end of the day they really didn't care. I had called ahead to say I was delayed in traffic. I will change my pharmacy because of the final comment they said. I have a home to go to. Absolutely no empathy
