I have been a regular visitor to Prime Pharmacy on Bell Hill as a carer, mainly to collect prescriptions for my patients. The customer service provided by the ladies has always been fantastic and extremely helpful. However, my experience has been marred by the behavior of a certain gentleman who is responsible for checking prescriptions at the back. It is disheartening to admit that this gentleman's attitude towards me and my requests has been consistently rude and unhelpful. He seems to go out of his way to make things difficult for me, which has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated

Hi Hassan. I am sad and disappointed that you had a negative experience here. As you know,as I am not the nominated pharmacy for your clients, it would be helpful for me if I could have their NHS number. Also, I am not able to dispense prescriptions if they are locked in with another pharmacy. I have been dispensing prescriptions to your care home for almost 30 years now, and have always enjoyed a positive relationship with all the staff until now. I know some of your clients from my previous pharmacy, and have known some of them for nearly 40 years. I hope we can learn to work well together in future, and can enjoy a more positive relationship from now on.

Very helpful service today when I was collecting a prescription for an elderly friend. I was asked to buy a product for her but picked up the wrong one. The pharmacist remembered that my friend preferred another make. This was really helpful and saved me a return visit.
