I am so impressed by the pharmacist who fitted me in for ear wax removal yesterday Even though he was so busy, he made time for me which I was so grateful for After having an awful experience with another chemist that had left my ears full of wax. The pharmacist at Priory was so thorough and also very informative, explaining the procedure each step of the process He took videos of each ear and sent them to me to show exactly how much wax buildup there was. He cleaned both my ears and again showed me the visuals of the ears after treatment I was super happy and felt so much better after having blocked ears for 5 days Was also able to go and get a refund from previous chemist and was able to show evidence which I was very thankful for I will definitely come back to the Priory chemist in future 😊

The pharmacist and support staff were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions about my medication. Additionally they prepared my prescription less than 5 minutes after receiving it. By far the most professional and and efficient service I have ever received from a pharmacy. Thank you!
