Staff were impatient, apathetic and misdiagnosed me. I went to A&E afterwards because I wasn't sure the pharmacy staff were correct. The doctor at A&E told me it was good I didn't listen to the medical advice from this pharmacy or my situation would have quickly worsened. I don't often leave reviews, but avoid this place if you're able to.

Qrystal is a great pharmacy, they always give wonderful service and are very professional and knowledgeable. The best pharmacy in the area.

I used to use a pharmacy near my place of work. During lockdown I changed to this pharmacy as it is the one closest to home. Now predominantly working from home I have cont'd to use. (I am going to change this) The service is awful. I am going through my menopause & whilst I appreciate there are supply issues, this pharmacy has no empathy in helping. Every time I go to pick up a prescription there is a problem. 20/03 Prescribed 24 Patches and 60 Tablets 21/03 went to pick up the prescription, as usual the Prescription was not made up (why do they not make them up then text regular customers? With 7 days to pick up or we will return to the shelf? Other pharmacies do) I was told only 14 Patches & 8 tablets available, took my phone number to call me, no one called. 06/04 I called to be told Pills are in stock but still no Patches now I am at the point where I will run out, these people do not realise this combination are helping me so much, I still have symptoms that aren't helped, I am crying my eyes out now, as hell will ensue again once I run out, its not good enough. Here's an idea: Pharmacy owner... Prescription arrives from Doctors surgery ask Patient/Customer would you like a text message service? When your prescription arrives we will make it up and text message you. Patients will have 7 days to collect or we will return the product to the shelf. If your medications are not in stock we will also let you know, giving you the opportunity ASAP to call your doctor for an alternative.

Quite the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. Can't get anything done at lunchtimes (if indeed it is actually open at lunch). Staff discussing internal staff issues rather than providing a service to clients. Prescription still not ready 24 hours after being sent by my doctor. Forget trying to get talk to someone on the phone. I've called half a dozen times, my surgery team has called, as well as a secondary pharmacy - all of us unable to get through.
