    Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other low-rated reviews on here. Every visit to this pharmacy has been spoiled by unfriendly and patronising behavior from two specific pharmacists, despite my polite demeanor. Additionally, even after leaving a week or two between ordering my prescription on the NHS app and collecting it, the medication is often not ready for another day or two. It’s a shame to leave a bad review when the other members of staff are polite and helpful. It doesn’t cost anything to not be a meanie…🤷‍♀️

    Dear Patient Thank you for your comments. My name is Rachel Solanki and I am the Superintendent Pharmacist at Quadrant Pharmacy. I would like to assure you we take all comments and suggestions seriously, and I will be discussing your review with the whole team, specifically with all the pharmacists working there. I am sorry if you feel let down by the customer service you received and am confident that being patronising is not the intention of any of the pharmacists who work there. However, following your comments, I will be reviewing with them how they are perceived. Thank you for your positive comments about the other team members, I will ensure this is also shared with the team. In addition, I would also like to apologise if your prescriptions have not been ready when you have expected them to be. There are times when we do get behind, but I would hope that if that happens, you would be offered to sit and wait for them to be dispensed at the earliest opportunity, to avoid you further delay.     I order repeat meds via nhs app. My surgery are now very efficient at issuing it as an eps. This pharmacy has never had the medication ready and dispensed, even after leaving it a week to collect.This time they had not looked at the script and ordered the medication, even though they gave had it several days.excuse is overwork.usually involves phone calls and going away for 20 minutes while they make it up wasting phone time and clogging up the shop

    Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your time in making this review. My name is Rachel Solanki and I am The Superintendent Pharmacist at Quadrant Pharmacy. I would like to assure you we take all comments and suggestions seriously, and I am very sorry your prescription was not ready when you came and you had to wait whilst we made it up for you. We endeavour to get prescriptions ready within 48 hours from the time your surgery sends the prescription, (which can take 3-5 working days depending on which local surgery). However, at pressure times, for example when there is staff sickness, this does not always happen, and if it is not ready, we do try our best to get it processed as soon as possible, which could be why you were asked to come back within 20minutes. I would be happy to discuss the specific details of your concerns, so I can understand all the circumstances and put measures in place to help prevent the time delay you experienced happening again.
