Often wait for 20 minutes for pre-ordered prescriptions. For less frequent items (that they have provided for years), they say they'll order it and advise returning next day but three days later revise that statement to say they can't order it and return the prescription. Not impressed.

I have waited up to 40/45 minutes for my prescription which is a repeat prescription. Sometimes they haven't even got my items and need to order something else. My child went to get their prescription and there was different medication in the box to what they were prescribed, luckily my child contacted me and I told them to go back up and change it. They gave me a load of excuses when I spoke to them about it

Absolutely rubbish. Stood waiting at counter for 20 mins before anyone bothered to speak to me. Total waste of time. Too busy talking about personal life to see if anyone needed serving.
