The service has gone really down hill. I went to pick up my medication today and I made it really clear I was expecting loads with repeat as well as additional. I was given a bag and was told that this was everything. When I got home and opened the bag over 1/2 of my medication was missing!!! I called the pharmacy back to let them know and they admitted it was there mistake but where not willing to bring the medication over to me. I mentioned that in the past when they had made a mistake they did this but I was told not anymore. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I was speaking to them and there was no one higher to speak to. I'm now thinking of going somewhere else!
