Couldnt have been more helpful lovely place Will b having all my jabs there in future Had to wait till the day after our booking as they ran out of Vaccine But we were contacted as early as they possibly could and rebooked for the following day Bit of a wait but spent the time with others and had a laugh and a joke with them

I had my Covid vaccine booked at the pharmacy and had a booking accepted but after taking 27 mins to get there I found the place shut! I then had to drive back a further 27mins. I made the booking on 31st Dec at 9am yet no one contacted it me to let me know they would be shut on the 2nd Jan. You all need to get your act together and stop wasting money and time at the NHS and maybe we would all be in a better place, rather than just a lot of inefficiencies and a don’t care attitude

Ordering repeat prescriptions online and they are always ready to collect within a few days. Never missing items, never have any issues. Staff and pharmacists are all very friendly and polite.

Refused to give me an emergency supply of prescription medication after a mix-up with my order. Told me to call 111, which I did who then told me that they should have given me that emergency supply. By the time this had gone through they were closed, and having researched regulations later it is clear they should have issued me this emergency supply on request due to the circumstances surrounding my situation. Not to mention that a different pharmacy has done this for me before. Very disappointed and honestly a little frightened. I had one dose left from my last order, but if I hadn't had this I would be in a great deal of trouble.
