I have had issues the last 2 times I have been in here now. Staff do not acknowledge you when you are standing waiting, even to let you know they will be with you in a minute. I was rang before attending to check my prescription was there and told them what time I would be picking it up. I was told they had it and it would be ready. When I got there, they said they were just getting it ready. I was told my Mum's was also ready, so I advised I would pick this up too. 5 minutes later the girl came out and took my Mums medicine to someone else and starting running through it all with her!.. Until I told her that it was mine, not the lady she was talking to. 10 more minutes passed and I was told my prescription would be ready soon as they were just signing it off.. After 30 minutes I was then told they did not have what I needed, and no one could get it for me. I would have to go back to the GP. Very inefficient and awful communication. Never had a problem with this pharmacy before, but on occasion when I have had to go at 8.30am before work also, it has been shut still and I have had to leave after 5/10 minutes to got to work and come back later. Such a shame, as this is the most convenient pharmacy for me, but am considering changing.

Been a couple of times now since takeover. Cleaner! Really good service. Pharmacist is seen and accessible. New labelling more user friendly. Staff providing continuity of service. Well done!
