Ordered medication that got sent to the pharmacy near my parents nearly 2 hours away. My mother went in to collect a few days after it was issued to be told it had already been collected. I had definitely not collected this medication. I managed to find a strip of medication that lasted me till I was next at my parents. Went to to ask and was told I had already collected the medication. I explained that I hadn’t collected it to be told it was showing as collected on their screen and they had been issued payment for it! The staff said that they only had my word that it hadn’t been collected and that they have been paid for a medication. So they either issued to the wrong person or haven’t dispensed at all but still claimed funds for. They told me it was my fault for not coming in sooner. Utter incompetence! The whole pharmacy is disorganised, cluttered and unwelcoming. Never mind the fraud and being called a lair.
