   I went to collect my medication today, only to be told that they hadn't processed them, despite receiving the prescriptions from my GP over a week ago. I'm now left with only a 4 days worth of medication left. Staff are extremely uncooperative, and never want to put right their mistakes. They refuse to deliver, even though I'm disabled and have difficulty getting out and about, and despite the fact they offer a delivery service on their website. Staff deliberately discriminate against disabled people, and are not pleasant to deal with at all. One to avoid.
