This is my local pharmacy and they dispense my sons specialist and controlled drugs regularly. They go above and beyond to ensure this process runs smoothly. Liaising with gp surgery. Very friendly. Cannot fault them.

I changed pharmacy a few months ago after being left dissatisfied and found Jade Pharmacy to be a dream. They are organised with many staff serving immediately, no waiting ever, I receive text for my medication on time, they answer the phone when you ring and everyone is nice and polite. Very satisfied of their service.

I recently went there for placement. All the staff were very kind and lovely, and I had no difficulty fitting in or getting in along with everyone. Everyone was sweet and friendly, willing to answer questions and explain things step by step. The atmosphere was very warm and I found it to be a very comfortable place to be. 10/10 would definitely go there again for placement if I can or recommend people to go to that pharmacy if they’re willing.

Use this pharmacy to collect prescriptions, staff are always polite and friendly. Recently they had a problem getting an item from their supplier but kept me fully updated until they had item in stock.

I have had a lot of experience with various chemists but have to say the staff of Jade Pharmacy in Robin Hood Lane apart from being professional are very enthusiastic efficient and friendly.

Have used this pharmacy primarily for my repeat prescriptions but occasionally for once only items. Brilliant service, very helpful and friendly polite staff. Always helpful on the phone if you need to ring.

I have only used the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. My prescriptions are always available earlier than I expected them! I rarely have to wait and get a smile too. The text reminder service works very well.

I have used this pharmacy in its' many guises over a number of years. It is usually very efficient. Jade Pharmacy have made numerous improvements since taking over. It seems to be working well.

I get all my repeat prescriptions there and it is always a good service. Pharmacists are helpful and work hard. They are open till 7 which is very useful and now on Saturday.
