   I brought on my 7 year ear old daughter who is in a lot of pain with her ears & the nurse said neither she or the pharmacist present would even look at her ear as They hadn’t signed up for offering this service !! Sorry I thought by becoming a nurse and pharmacist you signed up to care!! She refused to take a look - really poor attitude- all pharmacists should offer this service especially for children

   I rang several times and was not answered. Cut of with sorry there is no reply. Shame because this let's down the otherwise very good service.
