I phoned Roffey Chemist six times over 90 minutes and each time the message was that they were busy and I should try later. I visited the shop later in the day and overheard a customer telling the sales assistant about the phones not being answered. She replied that they were too busy to answer the phone to which the reply was, "Not worth having a phone then, is it?" I think that the lack of any kind of staff uniform in this shop looks unprofessional. It is very busy, which may show how it is appreciated but I wonder if the display, lighting and cleanliness could be improved. The staff are cheerful, helpful and polite.

The solo pharmacist treats each customer as individuals , will do his best to get the medicines to you in a timely way. Always apologetic if there’s a queue but gives 110% . I changed my pharmacy to this one and would recommend highly.

First time using this pharmacy and will be the only one from now on. The Pharmacist was very helpful. A very busy pharmacy and I now see why. Well worth waiting in the queue.

A queue of people out the door and only one poor lady trying to help all the customers - waits of 30 mins+ Not their fault and extremely friendly and helpful but very understaffed and seems everyone in Horsham comes to this pharmacist even if it isn't their local shop!
