I have been visiting Rose pharmacy since living locally and I always receive great service however the waiting times and atmosphere is so much nicer on a Wednesday and I think a Friday. I get my prescriptions faster and the staff seem happier (not sure if it’s because it’s Friday) but that being the case after my experience I will probably be visiting on them days as it’s a much nicer environment as a customer. I popped in today and the lovely blonde lady went above and beyond to help me sort out my issue with being very discreet at the same time which you don’t get everywhere.

We’ve been going to rose pharmacy for 10 years and the service is always excellent. Today the pharmacist identified an infection in our son that had been missed by a GP yesterday and he is now getting treatment following a second GP appointment. A hugely trusted part of our local community.
