I’ve always found the counter staff friendly and informative. I booked my Covid and flu vaccinations here to save driving across town as the pharmacy is local to me. The gentleman administering my jabs was brusque and dismissive. From telling me to ‘stay seated, face the door’ to saying ‘there’s a leaflet there’ to leaving a bleeding arm without offering a dressing made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. As I left, I pulled the door closed wishing him a pleasant evening, it was pulled open again quickly - with a sigh of exasperation. I won’t return.

I have tried emailing to order my prescription but was told email did not work. I have tried telephoning but the phone eventually cuts off. How can I get my prescription without having to stand and wait for it.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and they have been consistently excellent. Customer service is truly spectacular - they have often gone above and beyond to help me; chasing my GP for prescriptions, getting hold of medications I've needed when there has been a supply issues, and giving genuinely helpful advice. They greet me by name when I arrive and ask how I am. I feel confident in the care and service they provide.
