I called yesterday to ask if they had some anti nausea medication like travel sickness tablets. The guys who answered mumbled quietly and incoherently like a disinterested teenager eventually telling me to go to my doctor. My doctor has since told me to go back to the pharmacy and make the same request. Thanks for wasting my time and the nhs’s time. Outstanding customer service has always been your selling point and makes me come back despite moving to a different village. You need to realise this before you lose your customer base. Can I also ask why you have started sending “your prescription is ready” texts when I arrive at the pharmacy and have to wait for you to make them up? Renders the text service pointless and wastes my time.

Always helpful, but sadly not effective. They seem to have issues with their supplier. We always have a two day wait for anything out of the ordinary even when urgent. And we don’t get the option of going elsewhere to get it as we are not informed.

Received my Covid vaccination this morning. Super efficient, in and out in less than five minutes. Would highly recommend.

I contact the doctors to request a prescription at 10am that I knew would require the pharmacy ordering. I call into the pharmacy about 12.15 to see when I would be able to pick up the item and was given the item that was requested. The previous chemist that we used it could take up to 5 working days so changed to rothley which has a better service.

After a 50min wait on phone to doctor surgery to be told no app left ,told to visit walk in center or local pharmacy,l walked into rothley pharmacy,2very nice assistants informed me my l needed antibiotics,suggested l go back to surgery say l needed antibiotics,which l did ,got an appointment within 10 mins ,then got my antibiotics within 5 mins .THANK GOODNESS FOR ROTHLEY PHARMACY,AND ALL THOSE WHO WORK THERE.
