Arrived 5 minutes before our appointment.Seen immediately and in car 5 minutes later The lady who greeted us and took our details was very good. The nurse who gave us the vaccination was excellent . A totally painless experience. Our appointment was 9.40 on Monday 17th April 2023. Thanks to all.

I tend to use this chemist for Covid vaccinations because they are quick and efficient. Monday’s Covid booster was no exception. Easy to book and vaccination on time and easy.

ButChemist is great!! But do they ever answer the phone!! No. I know it’s very busy. But there’s about 6/7 people work in that chemist!!! One day I rang the chemist. 56 times straight. No lie no joke!! 56 times!!!!! No one answered. I ended up having ring the doctors reception. So I took up a call from someone who needed a doctors appointment. Just to ask if my prescription was ready. Good chemist but needs to answer the phone……..

absolute diabolical service, never have repeat prescriptions ready despite ordering via the GP next door a well in advance, never been there to pick up a prescription without having to wait at least 15 minutes after you have got to the counter most times a lot longer. As for Staff as little interaction with another human as possible must be their motto, all you get from them is name, address date of birth, that's it with such a "pleasant attitude", that is of course if they can even speak English, last time I had to write the details down for them, definitely would not recommend.

Received my fourth covid 19 vaccine today - 10.30 appointment. Arrived slightly early but waited only a few minutes before being seen. The person who gave the vaccine was very quick and I hardly felt it. She also answered my questions very patiently. This is the second good experience of receiving the vaccine at Roundwell Pharmacy so I hope they will continue to offer this service in the future. Thank you.

Very quick and efficient I was in and out within 5 minutes and all staff were courteous Nurse could have been friendlier but was still efficient

We have Consistently received awful service for this pharmacy. Every time When arriving to collect a prescription that was requested and sent electronically over 7 days before giving them adequate time to accept, check, order and complete. We would be told that the prescription had only been sent over to them day before and they would need longer to complete it. Trying to place the blame on the surgery which, Contradicts the details held on record by the gp surgery. This became almost a monthly occurrence and when requesting who I was to make a formal complaint too. They failed to provide me with the details of the complaints process and instead the management took it upon themselves to abruptly cease providing the service that had been put in place as a safeguarding measure. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
