Review titled Saved me after my general practice. messed up

I'm away from home visiting family and needed to get my repeat prescriptions filled. So, a week ago I the request in to my general practice and asked for the items to be sent here. Only, they didn't do it. Yesterday, I found out that the general practice messed up. Rang the general practice and got them to correct their mistake. I'd also been in contact with the pharmacy, so they were aware of what was going on, and they were able to see the items, but couldn't take control (hence the call to the general practice) this morning, I visited the Pharmacy to see what was available. I was expecting most of the items to be out, however, they'd managed to get all the items covered! The staff were very very helpful in trying to figure out what had gone wrong and trying to fix the issue. If it wasn't for factors beyond their control, it would have been really easy to get this all sorted. Highly recommend this pharmacy for this. But if possible I'd have preferred to have given them a week to be able to sort things out without having to go above and beyond. In summary, Great job.

The staff are brilliant ,very busy place always a lovely welcome , I had an issue with regards to medication staff assisted gave me information on how to get an emergency prescription very helpful & organised , very informative I love the text service to let you know when your medication is ready to be collected

Very helpful take time ,to assist and helpful with suggestion for a replacement if what you needed is not avaliable.Or where you maybe able to collected from another pharmacy
