We tried collecting medication, but the waiting times were really long. The pharmacy staff also stated that they didn't received the prescription from the GP. The GP confirmed that they sent it. On top of that they also misplaced my medication and didn'teven apologised.

I went to collect and there were queues waiting to collect prescriptions. Staff seem stressed and so are the patients! Not a good experience.

It took me almost 1 hour to get my meds sorted, I only held on that long as I would have been on a 3, 12 hours shift for the week starting the day after
