Phoned up this morning to check if my emergency prescription was ready phoned 3 times for 10mins when eventually someone answered my call I’ve been up there numerous times and the phone has rung continuously but no one answers it this cannot be right when I worked for Leeds CC we had to answer within 3 mins maybe they should take note of this something has to change in that chemist otherwise they could end up closing

I stopped using this pharmacy a few years ago. It was slow with all the staff looking busy at the back and would look at the cue of customers and then look away ignoring them and 9 times out of 10 were out of stock. I thought I would give it another go last week. Walked in queue no one being served, staff looked up and ignored. After catching a member of staffs attention ask if I could hand in my prescription. I was then greeted with the response well I guess so but we won't be able to do it now. I said that is fine. Went back 4 hours later to pick it up, the staff looked all over for it they were out of stock so said they didn't know what to do with it. I asked can it be ordered. yes it can be in tomorrow I was told. We can text you when it arrives. 4 days later still waiting and can't get through on the phone. So can safely say I won't be using the place again and to be honest should be shut down.
