   I made an appointment with Royston Pharmacy through the NHS website. Upon arrival I found at least 10 other people waiting in a queue. I am 80 years of age and use a stick and all the other people were also elderly. There was no provision for seating, no explanation for the delay, and no information given as to waiting time. The person at the counter was dismissive and unhelpful. Due to my parking time running out and another appointment, I had to leave. Very bad service.
