Called asking about my medication which was overdue, told they had not yet collected it because their driver is busy and that they had already been once and given wrong prescriptions, I started to explain I was aware of this but was told they were collecting today at which point they were rude, arrogant, obnoxious and put the phone down. I called back as I was upset at being spoken to like that assuming it was a junior staff member, but to my complete astoundment it was the Pharmacist. Disgraceful way to speak to a customer, go elsewhere as that's the only way they learn.
