My GP sent a prescription to Saffron Pharmacy this morning. When I went into the pharmacy to check it was there, I was told it would take 10-15 minutes. It was ready within 5 minutes which I thought was an excellent service. The staff are very helpful too.

Last week I went to pick 6/6 of my regular repeat prescription to be informed the have lost it. I was kept waiting 30 mins to be told to come back later after they had searched for it. I had some tablets left so I thought I would come the following Saturday. After being kept for a further 20 mins today, they still cannot find it. I inform them that I am now 3 days without my medication that is vital to my health. They refuse to help me and advise I call 111. I have to go more days now without my medication due to their failings. I need to add that the pharmacist tried to adamantly tell me I had already collected this medication - until the cashier verified that I indeed had not. Now I need to go 5 days at least without vital medication due to the failings of this pharmacy.
