Went to have a flue vaccination today . When told them that I want to have a flue vaccination the pharmacist asked if I a⁰was eligible. I said yes . He said it is private . I did not understand what's private because I'm registered with a GP and also people were walking in with no appointments to have flue vaccinations . I paid £20 . On the slip no description just cash £20 . I asked him to update on my system that I had a flue . He said I should go to the surgery to tell them . I was confused again . Went to the surgery and at the surgery they said they need a print out went back again to the pharmacy he typed went back to the surgery. Why do I have to pay for a free flue vaccination ????

Dreadful. Appointment today not honoured Do not assume booking a vaccination here will guarantee you will receive the confirmed service! 30 mile round trip, to be told that all the jabs have been used on walk ins, so none left for those who have a N H S booking. No cancellations email or message, no apology, avoid at all cost!

Had two prescriptions not filled due to pharmacy not having the stock. I was given the 'owing' slip. I was not told I had 28days to go and collect the 'owing'. The next time I went to collect my prescription, I took the 'owing' slip and again the stock wasn't in. So I was given another 'owing' slip. I was also asked if I would like a telephone call when the stock came in. I said 'Yes, please'. So now I have two 'owing' slips, but I was reassured because they had taken my number and would call me when the stock was in. Just been in today & I've been told that the slips are out of date, (older than 28days), I can't have the medication that is owing and I will have to contact my doctors to get another prescription. I am very disappointed with this service as I've paid for two prescriptions that haven't been filled correctly, my 'owing' slips have been taken back by the pharmacy and I am left with no medication. Not the kind of experience I have come to expect from this pharmacy, so very disappointing service.

went to see the pharmacist as my GP surgery could not give me an appointment. I was seen straight away - my symptoms were discussed - and a course of medication was prescribed. therefore, I will now not need a GP appointment or time off work to attend an appointment. I was extremely happy with the service provided by sage pharmacy and the Pharmacist on duty. thank you

Just had a most wonderful phone conversation with Sam the pharmacy manager, dealt with me in such a caring and helpful manner, my only complaint is that Sam and her team are undervalued and underpaid, keep up the good work Sam
