I was on route to work approximately 30 miles from home when I realised that I had forgotten to take my regular medication for T2 diabetes. I went into the pharmacy to seek advice from the pharmacist who listened attentively and then supported in putting in a request for an emergency prescription. I am on the train heading into work and so grateful for the prompt, courteous and supportive service I received.

Telephoned to ask if the pharmacist could see me regarding infected burn on my arm. Each question I asked was answered with the word “No” tried to get more information as to where or what I could do as it was after 8pm on a Sat night but other than “No” was unable to get any help. Sadly the member of staff sounded so uninterested and very fed up perhaps I caught them on a bad day or they are in the wrong line of work.
